got a pork butt going today

Looking good man. I almost started one this morning. Going to wait till later this week didn't feel like messing with it earlier. Gonna cook some chops on the grill later this evening I guess.

I put the butt on this morning, @Cowcatcher came by to get his press and I’ve putting this together.

I remember building one of those for Easter in 2011 and my kids 2.5 and 4 loved it.

Dinner ended up pretty tasty.

We carried that swang to the backyard and that smoker was a smokin and smelling good! I thought to myself, “I’m sure if it weren’t for this corona virus that Charlie wouldn’t let me leave hungry”.
