Brown some feral pig German sausage, slow cook in beer for 7 hours. Serve over kraut with a little left over Bird's Eye Shredded on the side. I still can not get rid of the yellow tint with this cheapy camera.

Boneless/skinless thighs opened up to be seasoned on the meat side, then placing a de-seeded jalapeno stuffed with cream cheese, wrapped in bacon, put in a 8 segment loaf pan with a pat of salted butter on top, smoked at 275* for an hour uncovered, and another hour covered in foil.
Remove and put on a grate over a grill for 15 minutes to brown the bottom. Dip in BBQ sauce and cook on indirect heat at 325* until the bbq sauce is caramelized.
