I've got one of those small turkey breasts that comes with the gravy pack thawing in the refrigerator. I've never tried to smoke one of those......well, guess what's happening tomorrow!!

yep never done this, cold smoke at 115 then I'll tray it and crank the grill up to about 450 and toss it all back on to finish. I love these experiments LOL

Done and cold smoking put a great pecan finish on these filets and squash
