Ok, most of us probably eat pot roast here and there.......
I eat it, but honestly, I would rather eat a hamburger off the grill.
Now...... If like us you make your roast with potatoes and carrots, then maybe you should give this a try.
Getcha a good cast iron skillet, add your favorite oil or butter, slice your leftover potatoes and carrots whatever size you like, (3/16 to 1/4" for me), get that sizzling, slice up or chunk up some of that leftover roast and toss it in the pan when you start to see the potatoes and carrots getting a little brown.
Add a little garlic powder and some salt, maybe some cayenne pepper powder if you like.
And you can make it for breakfast the same way, and when it is almost done, just throw some eggs in the pan and mix it around until the eggs fry up.
You can just plop the eggs in or you can scramble them up before adding!
