Cooked some chicken breasts in the Ninja Foodi I got at Christmas. Cooking to the time in their literature is worthless. I'm just cooking to temp using a thermometer with a long lead that allows it to remain in while the lid is closed. Cooked these to 165 with the air fryer set to 375, perfect and juicy! Took about 18 minutes.
