OK. I rarely think that I ever have much to say in this thread because I can't cook, so I don't have any bragging rights...

...however, I come to the food experts here to help me with a question. Wife fixed my supper this evening and is telling me that it is pork chops and peas.

But, something looks a bit fishy here.



In all honesty, it didn't taste like fish.
Hmmm - fried fish and moldy caviar (fish eggs)?

Slow roasted in the oven yesterday at 220° for about 8 hours.

Deboned today, threw in the dish with some bar b q sauce I experimented making today.

The sauce was made from tomato sauce, onion, garlic, and basil I grew.
