This is excellent as far as I am concerned, a tasted of sweet yet well within limits. Served over rice or noodles it tends to make anyone happy.

Pepper Steak

1# steak cut into thin strips
1 large Bell Pepper
3 cloves of garlic
1 large onion
1 Tbsp Worchestershire Sauce
1/2 Cup brown sugar
1/2 Tbsp ground pepper
1 1/2 cup of water
1 Tbsp Catsup

Brown steak strips in skillet, add onions and sauce until onions are translucent then add Bell Peppeand garlic. Cook on low for 15 minutes Then add gravy over the mix.

Gravy

2 Cups of water 1/2 cup flour1-2 beef bullion cubes, stir in flour whisk until smooth. Then add Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, pepper, catsup.
Simmer until thickened and pour over steak and mix in skillet.

Serve over rice or noodles.

Well, tonight was a disaster.
Made a hatch green chili cheesy enchilada casserole from scratch. Every thing fresh including the ground deer.
Decided to put it in a Pyrex baking dish used since I was a kid that’s been used hundreds of times at 450* on the pellet grill vs the oven at 400*.
No direct flame.
I have one heck of a mess to clean up tomorrow.

There were tiny shards of glass everywhere. No way we were going to eat any of that mess.
Took two hours today to clean it up and satisfy myself that every particle of glass was removed.
Can’t imagine what would happen if one ingested a piece.
