I'm reheating the leftovers in the oven right now. Just threw them in a pan with the liquid and covered with foil, going Round 2 from that point. I have no doubt they will be spectacular the 2nd time around.

Turns out they're not nearly as good the 2nd day when reheated. They got somewhat tough, kinda jerky-like on some of 'em. So make as much as you're gonna eat the first time.
