I'm to bring my favorite appetizer... so of course, in keeping with my norm of cooking too much, I'm going to make pork belly burnt ends and pig shots.
Basically potato skins with some ground elk, chili, cheese, onion, jalapeno and shrooms minced for the filling.
I'll be out in the barn with the other guys that refuse to watch the NFL talking smack and bullshatting.
