2-1 lb Jimmy Dean maple sausages,
1-2 lb JC Potter regular sausage brushed with maple syrup and 2 grass fed chickens smoked with oak pellets for 4 hours now. Should be done in another hour

Smoked sausage sounds pretty tasty! Got a chicken and some ribs for the smoker tomorrow
It was awesome!
Definitely the maple syrup on the Jimmy Dean maple flavored sausage turned out the best but it was all good.
I will use the same recipe from now on. I sliced it all up and I'll graze on it cold, right out of the fridge all week. I never hear it back up because I don't want it to cook any further.
