We grew Cilantro in a pot on the patio once. For years afterward we picked that weed from the yard. Came up before the Bermuda got high enough to cut.

And, the wife can't grow Cilantro for love nor money. Of course, she loves it!

Otherwise know as a "Fattie" Made many of them with hamburger or sausage, breakfast, Mexican, pizza ones, just about anything you want to put in them. Do be sure to thoroughly cook anything you put in them, eggs etc well done, they will not cook much inside. For smoking I have had better success leaving a little space between the bacon strips (I weave mine) to let the smoke penetrate into whatever is inside. A gallon quart zip bag works well for 1lb of meat to flatten with a rolling pen, then slit the edges and roll it up. Good luck to you, show us your results.

Got home early enough to make some dinner.

Went to Roger’s this past weekend and picked up some sausages. Took out a couple of polish links and threw the on the grill with some bell peppers & sweet onions.

    Boiled up some rigatoni.
Sautéed portabellos with tomatoes, garlic, & chicken broth.
    Then threw it all together.

    Good & simple.

Where did you get the little rocket grill in the Ribeye pic?
My wife wants her steak turned into charcoal. By the time hers is done, the coals are not hot enough to sear properly for my medium rare.

Weber charcoal baskets. I use them so I can do indirect cooking & reverse sear my steaks.
They come 2 to a set. I’ve used them split on either side of the kettle and done wings down the middle of the grate.

Lowe’s has had them on sale lately.

You could also get a BBQ vortex.....love it.

I've never seen those. I'll be in town tomorrow so it's off to our lowes to see if they carry them.
