    One of the hunters in our elk camp brought one to try. He did a cajun boil in it. Turned out well.

    I have not made pancakes in decades and since I became diabetic I thought I never would again. Ran across a low carb coconut flour recipe and made them this morning. Not bad at all. Cast iron is the perfect pan to make pancakes in. I got them a little over done but they were still good.

    I tried to do those... it's coconut flour and heavy on the eggs, right? I couldn't get 'em to come out right.
