Just dropped some beef ribs in the sous vide for 3 hours at 130 degrees. Will sear them off later this evening when we get back from running errands.

Looks good man! I need to get back on the low carb train and lose a few more pounds. I lost about 40 initially, probably put 10 back on.
I'm there with you just about the same numbers 35 of and 5 back on. New year new comitment
