I've seen that rib candy, you like it?Just pulled some Pork Belly Burnt Ends off the Pitboss. Made a glase of brown sugar, butter and some Texas Pepper Jelly and threw them back on to caramelize.

Sauerkraut is all I remember hearing about, and it's shredded so the salt can make contact throughout.
