Did some NY strips the other night. Cast iron, lots of butter, salt and pepper. Hadn’t had a steak in a while!

After going back and forth looking for a smoker, we decided to go with the Masterbuilt Gravity 560. The reason was that it used charcoal not pellets. This was one of the first things we did. Smoked blue and gold sausage with brown sugar and maple bacon rub.
I bet that's delicious!
