She doesn't care for it but mama fixed me one of favorite things for supper tonight.......liver and onions.

I ate till I felt like I was going to pop and there's still enough left for a sandwich tomorrow for lunch.

One of my favorites….don’t care if it’s beef, pork deer, duck, turkey or chicken.

Baked a chicken pot pie for dinner tonight (10”) I’m pretty bad with pie crust but this one turned out okay. This was a butter crust so I’m going to keep at it till I get it down. There’s a fine line between making the dough too dry and too moist and I don’t quite have that one figured out.

Baked a chicken pot pie for dinner tonight (10”) I’m pretty bad with pie crust but this one turned out okay. This was a butter crust so I’m going to keep at it till I get it down. Might try using a coarse cheese grater for the butter instead of small cubes. Also, make sure the butter is very cold.
