I wanted a BBQ bacon cheeseburger for lunch but did not have any bacon thawed and only some frozen patties. What is a man to do when his wife leave him unsupervised? I have an idea!

It was surprising good. The patti, two slices Bacon Spam, 2 slices cheese, some grilled onion, BBQ sauce on a whole wheat bun. I will do this again.

I know you guys won’t believe this but I’ve only had SPAM once and man! That stuff was saaaaaalty!!! Didn’t have to pee for three days.

I picked up a can of it two days ago. Haven’t had a spam sandwich in awhile so I’ll report back to this thread tomorrow.

Fried spam, russet potatoes, sweet potatoes, and yellow onion.
Chop up the spam then peel and chop enough potatoes to make same proportion.
I use a whole onion, 'cause I like cooked onions

You betcha @OkieJoe72 takes a couple hours but most of that you’re doing something else while it rises…..twice. My problem is I eat half a loaf right when it comes out of the oven then I don’t want dinner.
