I also know the global warming disciples want us all to stop eating meat, not sure how it all fits together.

Wife has alpha-gal and it is a b!tch. Only able too eat poultry and fish. Just the smell of meat causes a reaction. A rash, itching and welps all over from top of head to soles of feet. Has to carry epi-pen all the time.

Just bought 4 T-bone, about 1 1/4" thick.
