I've used ABI Tactical for one transfer and bought a stripped lower from him. I think it's a side gig, I picked up both at his house near Tulsa Hills. But he's easy to get hold of, and tells me when he'll be home and I can pick it up, unless it's changed he does transfers for $20. Name is Tony Isler. I first ran into him at a gun show in Tulsa, but I don't think he makes all of them.

This is correct. Red keeps regular hours (as posted on his website) and is very easy to work with. Transfers are still $10 per item.
Patrick is still doing them in BA for $10.

I have a friend who is just west of 75 on Hwy 20 near Skiatook, if that is convenient for you. He is $20 for one, $30 for 2 or more.

I first called BP OUTFITTERS but the guy who answered the phone was kinda a prick
