CZP-07 safety lever question

I'm new to the CZ pistols. At least in ownership and DIY gunsmithing them. My question is can you use any of the other safety levers such at the 75 or maybe one for the Shadow. Not a big fan of the one for the P-07 itself. Thanks for any help.-ber
