Damascus and Giraffe bone hunter

    Its been a while since I posted, I don't want you guys to forget about me...lol. This one is 9 1/2 inches of Alabama Damascus, with stainless bolster and giraffe bone scales, I picked up some cool pins from Jantz for the handle, did a little file work around most of the knife.     Those are cool pins. I like that finger notch, allows even sharpening all the way down to the base.

    Wow, that is incredible! So... the giraffe bone has that natural color variation from white (bone) to brown to black all mixed throughout? That is freaking cool, man!

    I think they use dyes. At least the giraffe bone scales I have were dyed..

    No I have never been, on my to do list, I also do this very part time and really never have surplus or a stock of knives.
