When i saw the Movie Saving Private Ryan i had no idea this man fighting the Germans in the farm house, i was seeing the story about the real man Sergeant Day G Turner, who received posthumusly the Medal of honor as he was killed to the day a Month later he never lived to know he got that medal.
But he is still remembered by the people of Belgium and northern Luxembourg where he is buired.
