Well, from what I hear, there will be 5 moderators and each candidate is likely to have a limited time to speak period. Something like 5 minutes for each one for the entire debate.
That is provided that the moderators don't ask 3 minute questions with 5 sub-questions within their primary suggestion. By the time the moderators get through presenting a question, each candidate may have 30 seconds to respond.
