Hopefully the SCOTUS ruling saying the alphabet agencies have exceeded their powers will put a wall in front of this idiot the Republicans helped put in office.
I see nothing but lawsuits coming down the line as the atf issues rulings and gun owner lobbies file suit to stop them.

The problem is that these lawsuits can take years to reach the SC for a “final” ruling (heavy air quotes here). Then the anti-gunners just change the legal language - as NY is doing now with their “revised” CCW permit process - and the lawsuits start again, ad infinitum.
