I thought it was a TEC9 or similar as they sprayed shot, but no it was an AR pistol. The good guys won but their was a lotta action.

I like that sheriff, he tells it like it is. It is too bad one deputy had injuries but the scum got what he deserved. From the sheriff "Evil can never be dead enough"

Yes , wondered about that too. The other man that took off would have been long gone and the sheriff said the other people were not involved it this. So who was he shooting at? Too bad we don't have any body cam footage.

Terrible tactics by the deputies. Those deputies would be dead if the bad man’s weapon didn’t jam or run empty. Completely blindsided. And what was the older deputy shooting at off in the distance? The guy with no weapon running away? Training fail. Thoman finished the job in a good way but got real lucky.

It will interesting to keep up on this to see what the investigation leads to as to the deputy shooting at something off in the distance.

He was clearly shot, and I’m sure traumatized, but if he had been by himself, he’d be dead. Still want to know what he was firing at off screen when the threat was behind and to his left.
