What do you do with a teenager who has already proven herself to be a sociopath?

Warehouse them for life at huge public expense?

Honestly, I'm for exiling them from the country, permanently.

If America can't come up with a solution to this problem,,,
Let one of the other "less enlightened" countries deal with them and their behavior.

I know this is completely unrealistic,,,

I don't like the word allegedly when someone is attacked, I know it's the legal aspect of innocent until proven guilty but she either was attacked or she wasn't. She didn't' fall out of her wheelchair and get bruised and hurt, she was attacked! Sorry, but I'm sort of old fashioned. An eighteen year old is an adult and she should be charged as such. She can thank congressional Democrats for passing a bill creating 18 year olds as adults when they aren't.
