No. Your good to go, your deer tags are included. You will need federal duck stamp if you duck hunt and paddlefish permit if you snag em.

LIFETIME HUNTING LICENSE, $625.00 (SENIOR CITIZEN HUNTING, $15.00)
Lifetime hunting license holders are exempt from purchasing an annual hunting license; Oklahoma waterfowl stamp; Wildlife Conservation Passport; deer, elk, antelope, and turkey licenses; and controlled hunt permits. The Online Check Station will allow you to print any necessary carcass tags when animals are checked in. Bobcats require a federal tag which may be obtained from Oklahoma game wardens, Department biologists, Department field offices, or specially designated stations at no charge. The lifetime hunting license does not exempt the holder from purchasing a bear license, H.I.P. permit (ages 16 to 64), federal permits, federal fees that may be required (such as a federal duck stamp or federal controlled hunt user fee), or a land access permit for designated areas. If the license holder hunts migratory birds, he/she must fill out a yearly migratory bird survey (HIP permit). The HIP permit may be obtained free of charge at www.wildlifedepartment.com or it can be purchased at a license dealership for $3.00.

If I have a lifetime license, do I need to set up an account?

If you already have a lifetime license, then you already have a customer account. Log in by going to www.wildlifedepartment.com and choosing the "Licensing" tab or the "Purchase a License" Quick Link. From there, you can log in to acquire additional permits, manage your profile, e-check your harvest, and more.

Here is one more little licensing tidbit of information.
If your a resident of Oklahoma and over 65 years old, you do not need a fishing license for fresh or saltwater fishing in the State of Texas.

Old guy here. Thanks for that info, I sometimes wind up around Texoma, and occasionally in Galveston.

Also it is nice to be able to sit on your front porch and get your deer limit with your 1911. Life is good.
