First off, there’s any number of Sub-Forums I could put this in, I figure ‘Help/Support’ is good as any. But, if it’s in the wrong place or has already been asked, please move or delete if needed.
My question is, do we have a DIY Sub-Forum here, or something of the sort? Most like-minded, hobby based sites (like this one among many), at least the larger portion of those I’ve visited, have a Sub-Forum for sharing ideas to others, which greater supplements each person’s interests.
I asked, since I am working on a project, to help feed my addiction, which some may find useful. I look everywhere for homemade equipment/aides to make my life easier, as well as save money wherever I can. When I’m looking for said projects, nearly always can never find just exactly what will work best for me.
Anyway, if I am missing this type ‘sub’ please guide me to it.

That’s what I thought of too.

Might be worth looking into . . . separate projects by thread.

I'm always looking for more DIY ideas.

I could see this being a cool useful sub forum.

There’s some things (Reloading benches, loading rooms, etc.) in ‘Photo Album’, maybe could change the name there to ‘Member Gallery & DIY Projects’, if the reason for not adding an additional sub is that there’s not enough room on the site?
I have no idea about the data size restrictions on the site itself, so it could be that there’s not enough room, I just think it’s a great idea.
This latest project is a rifle vise. Some time back, I posted a rifle cleaning rest (I searched my back threads with no luck). Anyway, I took that apart and I’m revising it into a functional rifle vise. Most people just buy them, but I have lots of scrap wood, and decided to make one more durable than the common plastic ones.
