If it were strictly a monetary issue, Newsome would simply bus these dregs to Vegas. It's closer and would be a cheaper ride.

Thanks Okie. I was one of those 'just one paycheck or disaster away . . . ' people, but I made a vow to myself that I wasn't going to go down without a fight! You are right though, I met many that just laid down and gave up trying before they finally knelt down to their drug and alcohol addictions.

They break into the display storage sheds around town, HD, Better Built etc. Steal anything not nailed down. When a shelter opened up again in town about the time that "medical pot" became legal was when they really started to flow into town.
I would see little pup tents all over on public areas over night it seemed.
I really wish they could be run them out on a rail so to speak.
The thieving, trash everywhere, is really getting old.
