I tend to write that way, using all caps but with the first letter of the first word of a sentence and the first letter of proper nouns capitalized. However, the lettering seems too consistent for me to judge it as handwritten.

Love how they fake it being a hand written note. Looks that way to me. I’m very familiar with real estate wholesaler techniques. I was going to do it for awhile but it’s kinda shady.

I get phone calls nearly daily from people wanting to buy my house. These are not even robo calls. They are almost as bad as the extended warranty folks.
