This reminds me of service children..you know the ones that a parent has on a leash. I guess they can't afford a service dog so they sub their kid for a service animal...then it's a service child. You can take them anywhere almost-even to the VA Hospitals.
My emotional support animal. He has a letter from his veterinary allowing him to carry his emotional support taser or revolver.
