Open carry for pistol. Not rifle. Exceptions for hunting and going to a range. If you have a CC you can have a rifle in the vehicle with the mag loaded and inserted, but not chamber loaded. Bolt guns the same. Chamber unloaded. I keep an AR in the front seat when going to the farm and have been stopped a couple of times for traffic concerns. I don't keep a mag inserted, but its laying on the seat next to the rifle. Rifle is left with the dust cover open, and the bolt open. OHP and Deputy had no issues. Never mentioned it actually, but walking down the street generates fear among the public with the few nutcases out there that do it for attention.
