I single stage the 44s, not much need to expand in my limited experience. A slight expansion has helped with the 325gr on the 45-70. I am rather ambiguous on my preferences with the 30-06. I have tried to standardize my rounds and powders as much as possible. It is not easy. I do the 30-30 on the progressive, it seems to work very well for me. A bit of expansion on the mouth at the primer insertion helps with seating the primers on my machine.

I have this mount for my Hornady Lock n Load single stage. It's about as sturdy as you could get with a mount.
I had t-track on my bench so I could move presses to open bench space for other projects.
