I fully recommend using Holmes, Holmes and Neisent HHN for wills, estate planning, etc. Get your will updated for sure, but putting everything in a trust is cheaper than having a family member deal with the cost of probate. They will also have setup a durable power-of-attorney and medical power-of-attorney so someone else has the legal authority to make financial or medical decisions for you, if you are unable. I went through probate for my dad's estate. Probate cost 3x more than setting up a trust for mom. Holmes and team do a fantastic job with estate planning. I recommend them to everyone in Oklahoma.
