My concern is that the credit card companies will start to decline all firearm-related purchases.

A youtube channel run by some Texas gun lawyers made the point that once it becomes known that credit card companies are tracking firearms related sales, and someone buys a boat load of stuff from a gun store and does mass murder, the first time the lawyers come after the cc company for allowing the sale to go thru the cc companies with play it safe and just deny all firearms related purchases.

Let me get this straight. Does each store get only one code for CC purchases?

If I had a bar in a gun club all the drinks after the gun club closes would be designated as gun sales?

Gun sales have a priority and trump the other codes?

If Academy sells guns, firearms will be the code for the whole store?

Who was the mental midget that thought that one up?

CC codes for guns will inundate the card companies.

What about Paycom that won't let you purchase guns?
