They did the same thing to me on the phone. had me going for over 30 minutes (they even had local LEO call me to verify their creds). Told them to come knock on my door if they wished to discuss the issue. IT NEVER HAPPENED.

Offer to write a proper FBI related threatening letter using proper grammar. You could do it for a million or so, that sounds fair.

Just the FBI? Hell I've had SEVERAL Nigerian Princes contact me!!! I've even received THOUSANDS in CASHIER CHECKS in the mail!! The damn bank wouldn't cash them though for some reason. I even offered to let the teller keep half, but no go...
