I should know, but I don't What exactly is the law on a felon and a handgun? Are there instances where a felon can handle a firearm? What actually is possession? For Instance: Can a felon be in the same house as a firearm? or does the firearm need to be secured (like in a safe)? Can a felon be in the same vehicle as a firearm? Can a felon go to the shooting range and shoot someone else's firearms? Can/should a felon post pictures of himself/herself holding a firearm? Is a black powder pistol or rifle prohibited? Like I said, I should know these, but I'm unsure. This is just for the sake of conversation. Someone asked me some of these questions and I didn't feel comfortable answering. Thanks
