Ffl in North East Oklahoma that will accept shipped firearms from individuals ?

I live in Locust Grove . I purchased i lower receiver from someone out of state and need to find a ffl pretty close (within 45 minutes or so ) that will accept from individuals . Anybody know of any? Thanks
