Filibuster Reform Is Top Item On 2013 Senate Agenda, Pledges Harry Reid

I know, huffpo, etc etc. Just where I happened across this update. This rule change potentially puts framework in place that allows Senate Dem's to ramrod legislation. Thoughts? Anybody with additional insight?

Funny, but when the republicans proposed limiting the power of the filibuster on nominees it was dubbed the nuclear option and, if passed, would have resulted in the end of the republic. At least that's what the media told me...
