This FastCast is the stuff I used on my Thompson Center compass stock and it worked great! It is minimal shrinking, lightweight, and sets up really fast! Really balanced out the rifle with the sporter barrel. It gets almost hot when setting so just be sure to keep an eye on shape of buttstock while curing. I thought about filling the webbed forend with it, but after doing buttstock it feels nice and solid so never bothered. I only used less than half of the 32oz so you could probably get away with getting the 16oz size.
