I don't think that was an E-file, as it was a purchase, that would have been a Form-4. Correct me if I'm wrong, but E-file is Form-1 only (for consumers), which is building/fabricating. So SBR/SBS/Make-your-own Silencer.

You're right, of course... Form 4 is still paper file. E-files are taking 4 months and more, though, from what I've seen. Got an email today saying they are taking 6 months - and please do NOT call until you have waited that long. <sigh>
