Well for the first time, tonight we went out and got in the storm shelter. So far the shelter has cost me about $300 per minute spent inside. Better safe than sorry I guess!

I thought about the garage shelter....I would be afraid the house would fall on it, then I would be stuck for hours.

My dad put one in thinking it would be good for oil changes. He carpeted the whole thing and epoxied the steps. It really looked nice. The one time the o ring decided to come off the filter...you can imagine what happened. Sprayed the whole thing with oil as soon as he fired the car up.
