Finding the owners of abandoned property

I used the Canadian county and I was able to click particular lots on the map and it would pop up up the info. It was super simple without using the search function

Honestly, I use OnX because ODWC puts up discount codes for it. It does help identifying properties sometimes, but Ive got to have phone signal for it to work.

Most counties have an online search feature based on address. Some have plat lines to show property lines I believe.



Gonna be difficult to find without any actual addresses, but I figure I just need to learn how to read the plats and stuff.

Try looking up the address next door. Sometimes you can see the adjacent addresses.

Have to agree with this, I use it a lot in the fall when out West hunting. It’s worth every penny to me. Actually used it to locate a piece of property to buy and with a little google searching was able to make contact with the property owner and ended up purchasing the property this summer.
