Comfort IWB is simply a matter of getting used to it in my experience.

I like the Galco Jak Slide holster! It's inside the belt but outside the waistband of my pants.
It hugs close and doesn't have any flop factor. I use the same holster for a full size 1911, officer's ACP, and Para P10/45!
The only disadvantage I can see is that the slide, front and rear are exposed to my clothes and sweat can seep through the clothes.
In spite of that I've had no problems by cleaning and lubing on a regular basis.

I carry my S&W 442 OWB in a looper holster. Same with the sig 239 .40 or my m&P .40c.
