[QUOTE="Okie4570, post: 3408715, member: 15643"] Here's the narrated short version. I have to admit I'm not a big narcan fan............call me cold, no empathy, or whatever. It's no different that pulling a drunk person off the street for DUI/DWI over and over and eventually they'll kill an innocent person or family. Interesting that this was in WI, I've got a friend who's a paramedic in Madison. They've got multiple "frequent flyers" that they've administered narcan on several times. Some will even leave a note on themselves with info about the location of their own narcan, in case they OD and someone finds them. One is always is in a parked car, leaves the narcan on the dash just in case. LEO and EMS were way to comfortable with the guy in the video imo, he's obviously someone who doesn't make the best choices, starts refusing LEO orders, etc. Not sure what that EMS and Fire department's protocols are in that situation, once that starts happening, we go back to the trucks until that all gets settled after a pat down, restraint, or whatever.
