It’s blowing about 30 mph gust here we were going but didn’t want to fight it

Just got home from 2 months in the Rio Grande Valley in the RV. Buddy that lives there has a bay boat so we went fishing in Laguna Madre. Limited out on the Speckled Trout and I caught a black drum as a bonus. All on artificial soft baits using popping corks.
Average water depth is 2-4’ so it’s sure spooky running across those flats at 40 mph in 2’ of water that’s crystal clear.
Found the fish in the transition line where the clear water met the dirty water that was being churned up by wind/wave action.
