The feel was way different, much more comfortable and just all around "better". I liked it...a lot. So I did a bit of research, read a bunch of reviews, talked to some folks who had modded their pistols with such, and decided to go with the Kineti-Tech Flat Trigger Shoe with an OEM trigger bar. I have it ordered and the total with shipping was $82.15; not bad at all actually. You can buy just the trigger shoe by itself for like $50, but then you have to use a hammer and punch to remove the stock trigger shoe from the trigger bar and then to install the new shoe on the bar. Those roll pins that hold the shoe on the bar are small too! Having learned the hard way that I have no business being in the same room with a hammer and small parts, I went ahead and got one already installed on an OEM trigger bar. I should get it in soon, and I'll install it, test it out, and post a report and pics up for all to see. My 43 already has a Ghost Edge Connector in it and has had the two-bit trigger job done; she's pretty smooth now and I think that this new flat trigger is only going to make her even better. Kineti-Tech has 4 options for the actual trigger shoe, I was going to go with the totally flat one, option 4, but the one I shot at the range was, I think, an option 2, and I know that I liked it, so I went ahead and got that one. You can check them all out at www.kineti-tech.com if interested.
I got to look at , handle, and shoot a Gen 4 Glock 19 recently that had a flat trigger, man what a difference that made.
