Five oaks is high and dry but the river is rollin!
I meant to post earlier, but this turned into an unexpectedly busy day. The river is rollin', but Polecat Creek looked like it was down a bit when I crossed it this morning.

They're tracking a possible tornado in far east Norman (it was over the T-Bird casino and moving east) and another near Wellston now.

Keystone releases going to 265K at 7:00 PM tonight and 275K at 7:00 AM Monday. All that's doing is matching inflow again for now, with less than 1' left to the top of the surcharge pool and more rain coming. Prepare for 300K+ in the next week.

I feel incredibly bad for 3 Rivers/Muskogee downstream into Little Rock and beyond. Van Buren/Ft Smith. It's cresting at 4.5' higher than the 1942 record. For now. Insane spring.

I heard a rumor that the amount being released is closer to 350K and they are giving lower numbers so they don't scare people, and so they won't be blamed/sued for flood damage.
