No worse than the fellow back in the '70's crossing Texas via Greyhound bus that robbed a store somewhere around Chandler and then got back on the bus for his getaway.

I guess he didn't think that north Texas had phones yet, or that the police had radios.

Yeppers, they picked him up at the very next town.
