Does building furniture from driftwood count?

Here are two pieces I created several years back.

When my Pop retired from general carpentry he started doing this for income,,,
So when I moved in with him to go to school I started it as well.

For 5-6 years we went to the "lumber yard" which was the river,,,
Packed that stuff out on our shoulders to fill his pick-up,,,
Then spent the next 2-3 weeks making stuff.

We used to keep a thick album of his, my, and our creations,,,
But when he passed away I couldn't find it.

I consider those years to be some of the most enjoyable times of my life,,,
I was 46, Pop was 66, and we got to know each other as adults,,,
A thing that most fathers/sons don't ever get to experience.

Our main place to sell was the flea market at the Tulsa fairgrounds,,,
From 1996 through 2001 we were there almost every third weekend.

Maybe some of you have one of our pieces,,,
We made a ton of rifle racks.
